Here's a family pic taken 6 months ago followed by a pic taken this week. In case you can't tell who is who......I'm the one in the orange shirt....looking like The Great pumpkin or whatever.
Fun stuff getting rid of this weight. Long way to go, but I can see getting there now. For so long I just couldn't grasp how.....how to get it off and fight every single day to keep it off. Now....it's feeling natural and attainable.
So damn grateful.

I work hard each and every day from waking up at 5:30 am Monday -Friday to workout at the gym, bike rides after work and on weekends, eating healthy and making good choices, as well and attending a weekly support group to connect and keep my head straight. I have a ways to go, but dammit I feel good!!!!

I'm so pumped up. I was in a wheel chair about 12 years ago and learned how to walk like a baby. So to be able to get up and out, and to get back down to my military or detective weight is awesome.
