  1. thanks yes I can swallow pills just as long as there not horse pills .. I had my gallbladder out back in 94 so thats not an issue..
  2. I am 3 weeks post op today and started the gym walking I did sot on the medicine ball and lift some 3 and 5 pound weights and I am sore today be careful with that .I have been doing gummies and chewables with no issues I can start eating fish and shrimp today so I will make blackend salmon tonight so excited..

  4. Bella bloom I am still in the puree stage so really have not eaten many carbs calories between 350 to 500 maybe as I get full with 2 oz of food and drink to shakes ... I will be patient hope it all works out

I am 5'9 and big boned I was hoping to get down to 180 as I have a pic of me at that weight and I look good.I am 3 weeks post op only and in total down only 16 pounds since surgery ..I am feeling a little scared what If I dont loose enough weight I feel like it is going really slow Hw 363 Sw 340 Cw 324

  13. It can take up to an hour for my to finish my 11 oz shake I can eat about 6 spoons of cottage cheese I am 2 weeks post op

When you get home uourr tired O did not have alot of energy until a week and a half .You will mostly hurt most on the left hand side wher your biggest scar olis .You can drive when your off the pain meds around 2 weeks .Make sure to ask for a binder to kepp your stomach from moving around to much ..Hope that helps..
  15. my friend did not weigh enough she gained 40 lbs to get the bypass done ...soo crazy
  16. question my Hw was 363 Sw 340 looks like I should have a goal of arounf 170 I am 5"9 so do u think I will get this low?

  19. It does say peanut butter also said crisp toast .. I will not do that again thank god it was not more than 3 bites ..learned my lesson
  20. I am 2 weeks post op and wanted some peanut butter so I burnt a piece of bread and spread it on that after 3 bites I was miserable ..how long does it take for this to digest

  23. Me 3 tomorrow is my 2 week since RNY and had lost 12 pounds since surgery and no change since the weekend . Started a journel of all foods and liquids I am going to see the Dr Wed and will ask him ..But others are stating this is normall I am also here in Ok I am in Owasso would love a buddy..
