My dr said dont eat anything day before surgery, just liquids. He is the Chief of Bariatric surgery at the hospital.

I willbe having my surgery nov9th by Dr. Li at South san francisco kaiser. He said no.preop diet needed, although i am going to do one week liquids. I am super nervous and so not feel prepared. Need any suggestions on what to get before surgery

No i was thinking about doing it on my own. Been really constipated since i started this diet.
