  1. Hi 26Amy! I am in the same situation! My family (except son and husband) is non-supportive and I am not telling any co-workers. I've seen posts where ppl tell others that they had gallbladder surgery. Others have taken vacation and just said they went on strict diets. I do not plan on telling anyone at work and am unsure how I will explain the weight loss. I don't want to lie since I usually get caught if I do! I think I'm going to stick with the 'strict diet' story since that is truth. Even tho it's only partial truth, I feel like it's not their business to know:)
  2. @@latido I'm early to mid August. Is it possible to join? My email is triple_b@ymail.com
  3. Ahh... I have added y'all as friends. It couldn't be done thru the phone app... I had to go to Web View. I'm Stephanie, 37 yrs old from OKlahoma and so excited about my journey! Bear with me as I'm a little techno-tarded☺️ I love meeting new ppl and am glad I stumbled upon this group!
  4. Great to see there's ppl from all over! I'm new to this site so I'm trying to figure out if you 'add friends' like fb or if you just have to msg ppl?
  5. Where are y'all located? I'm in Oklahoma.
  6. Hi Tinab08, I'm having the sleeve done around mid-August. My family does not know and therefore I am also looking for a buddy to share experiences with. I'm new to this forum:)
  7. I take 2 droppers full once per day. I have not taken any calcium chews yet. I've only done what the NUT recommended for me which was a multivitamin, sublingual B-12 and Vitamin D supplement. My surgery will be sometime next month. I'm not sure what will be required after surgery.
  8. Hi. I've been taking my vitamins for about 2 months. this liquid b-12 from Walgreens is better tasting and twice the mcg as most other brands. I hope I loaded the picture right? lol
