My surgeon is very specific about wat I can take. He says Flintstones are a huge no no as well as gummies centrum and one a day and generic store brands. He says it makes him frustrated that these vitamins are even sold bc they are a waste of money and have no ground in being rated highly for purity and quality. He only approves of Optisource, Celebrate BA and GNC .

So I wasted almost $40 on Bariatric Advantage chewable multivitamin. It is so bitter it makes me vomit. Does anyone know how the Celebrate chewable multivitamin tastes and which flavor is the best?

I have been noticing I get wat feels like a random hunger pain and then immediately afterwards this strange uncomfortable sensation of feeling like something is poking up I guess between my esophagus and stomach and then I feel it go back down as quickly as it comes up. Reminds me of like a worm sliding up thru a hole and back down which is very creepy. Anyone else have this experience?

I have used nutribullet to puree meatballs and tuna recipe they gave me and it was disgusting. It's like baby food. I've just been mashing real good and chewing real good and doing ok.

No but it's actually better today. I walked 30 min yesterday and I think it helped.

Ya on friday at my 1 wk post op. He didn't act like it was a big deal.

I'm 9 days post op sleeve. When will this epigastric gas pain end? It wakes me up and it hurts everyone I swallow anything. Is this normal?

I'm 8 days post op. Cannot do pureed meats...too gross. Is it ok to to do shredded chicken or shredded meatballs and just chew really good?

Is it ok to try digestive enzymes. 1wk post op sleeve.
