  1. I've been struggling myself i had my surgery in December of 2013 since then I've gained 30 lbs and it's so hard to get it off and I try but I don't try hard enough I feel like loser????
  2. I have Vodka And Splash of Cran or you Can do Vodka and water with a wedge of lime
  3. Don't kick yourself in the butt you did the right thing and got back on track.Im 1year and 7 months out and I lost 100lbs. So far I crashed and started eating lots of sweets but I'm getting back on track thanks for posting I always feel like I'm the only one????
