    July 14th - super excited! I start my 1-week pre-op diet on the 7th. I am pretty lucky - I pretty much just follow similar to South Beach (max 900 cal, 30 carbs, 10 fat grams). The day before surgery is Clear liquids only. Stocking up on shakes, Isopure (?) and broth/miso to use for both pre and post op. Please keep us posted as you go - we will all be dying for info! I will try to hop on and report as soon as able as well.
