    I had my sleeve done on Nov. 19, 2013. I went from 210lbs to about 125lbs. Would bounce a pound or 2 here and there. But over the last 2 or 3 months I have gone up to 137lbs and it is really starting to scare me. What if I have strected my stomache?? How do you get back on track?? Has this happened to anyone? I just need to try to figure out if others had this happen and what you did to change it or if you can change it.

    Thank you for your advice. I have so much trouble with laying out meals. Could you suggest a meal plan like for breakfast, lunch and dinner, do you do snacks?
