  2. My bmi was 43-45 I think. I think it depends on you and your surgeon how fast you recover. If you put in the work and start moving you'll move faster. I'm a pretty fast healer and only 29 years old so these are all factors of coarse.
  3. Until I moved to meat I never had any issues eating. No side effects no issues. My only issue now is that I need to slow down. I'm around 55 days post opp and just feeling the dif when I eat.
