  1. Thanks for your responses everyone. Today I'm feeling a little better. I slept a lot. Today is my last day before I can have Protein shakes. So just Popsicles, chicken broth, and Water. I'm not going to lie though, i do feel hungry! I called my doctor about the numbness on the outer side of my right leg- he said it's fine. Something about nerves getting pinched during surgery. He said it should go away in a few weeks :/ Today's highlight is trying to take a shower and wash my hair. Wish me luck!
  2. Hi everyone, I'm 29, from Dallas. No kids, and I just had the Gastric Sleeve done in Frisco, TX. I'm freaking out a little, I've never had any type or surgery before, so the whole recovery thing is quite new to me. I'm also scared of everything, like my left arm hurts (im assuming from the IV) and the outside of my left thigh is numb! Actually I'm freaking out a lot. If I could get some advice or some words of comfort that'd be great. Thank you all!
