Protein shakes and fluid intake
Lol..I just switched to coconut water myself I've always loved it and it's much better but the carbs are like 28g so I was worried about that, but those 2 recipes you described sound amazing! I'm going to try and get those 2 proteins you mentioned and see how it goes. When you ate in the beginning did you feel like it took you forever like a bite every 5 mins? Lol

@@kiks congrats and good luck you will have pain for the first few days..try ice for the first couple of days and heat after that (it helps sorry I'm an EMT and is hard to stop giving advice at times lol) drinking water is painful for me it hurts a lot I've read that a lot of people have trouble with it if you like lemon try squeezing a some in your water or crystal light or something like that..coconut water if you like goes that really well..for me things have to be really cold or warm I can't do room temperature..take very very small sips at a time TRUST ME!! you will feel pain if you dont..it's only been a week and 5 days but everyday is a new day and you figure new things out..but I wish you the best and I'm here if you have any questions

Panni+Abdominoplasty - Definitely some surprises......and a Question
For me, after losing 15 pounds there was nothing else that helped. No amount of crutches was cutting it. Mine wasn't even that bad. I really his it quite well. I was more conscious of it than anything. There are different products -wraps & things you can try. They seemed gimmicky to me, but maybe others have had good results with them. Thank you for your help

Panni+Abdominoplasty - Definitely some surprises......and a Question
Hi..I know I'm definitely not at the stage of surgery yet lol..I'm only 1 week and 3 days post sleeve but I was wondering if you ladies that went through this think that there's a way to minimize some of the loose skin? We are going on a cruise in Sept (at that time it will be 3 months since surgery) and I don't want to look horrendous!! Any suggestions? Please. Congrats to all of you btw in your success

3 weeks post-op: Pizza and Pasta?!
Hi..I know that this topic is from months ago and I don't even know if I will get a reply but my fiance and I just had surgery a week and 3 days ago and we are starving lol. We are definitely craving pizza (which I know we can't have). We are both EMTs and work crazy hours and we constantly ate out so not eating is a challenge (along with being home for 6 weeks ugh!!) Any suggestions on what we can eat that's filling and do to keep entertained? Thank you for the help
