  3. hi Trixie, i believe its true to if you say it visualise it and write it down then there's more chance it will happen. I know a bloke who goes out in the middle of a field and shouts to the cosmos, he swears by it. Yellow sounds dreamy.
  4. hi, just read your reply, it's not possible to believe you have lost so much weight so soon you must be feeling so good. i was banded on the 14 th dec and have not checked the scales yet but definately not lost that much.
