  1. I'm getting sleeved on July 9th. I'm really nervous also however excited about my life afterwards and that calms me when I think of the new healthier more active me. Shantell500
  2. If your not using insurance based on your physician you may only have to do the psychologist evaluation, preop tests ( chest x-ray EKG and blood works) and preop diet. Shantell500

  5. My insurance required 6 months continuous effort as well but it had to be with a nutritionist. The 8 months I was with Weight watchers did not count. So I suggest you use the nutritionist that's affiliated with ur surgeons office. I had to see a psychologist a few times as well to determine that I was mentally ready for wls. Shantell500

  11. I've finally been approved for my sleeve surgery I am sooo excited. I'm schedule for surgery on July 9th and will be spending one night in the hospital. I would like to know from you guys who have already done the surgery 1. What did you pack for hospital stay and 2. Things u know now you wish persons had told you before surgery. Thanks Shantell500
