  3. I guess I'm feeling a little deprived. I wonder what the future holds.
  4. Just out of curiosity, can I have your comments on bread, diet coke and cookies?
  5. I am not eating too many carbs but I am not getting all of the required protein. I did not have a pre-op diet. I see my doctor next week. I have blood work tomorrow to make sure I am taking enough vitamins. I like the idea of going back to the liquid diet although it's probably not the healthiest solution.
  6. I need a lift! I had my surgery on August 1, 2015. To date I have lost 30 pounds. I have only lost 5 pounds so far this month. I am sad and frustrated.

  8. Ok. I'm going to try it! Thank you! I love the protein! Thank you for recommending it! Not happy that it's 160 calories though...
  9. Oh thank you! Do you order it by mail?
  10. I am feeling much better. My doctor prescribed Zofran but I figured out that is was the dose of Metformin I take for my type 2 diabetes. So we lowered the dose. No I'm not getting all of my protein. Any suggestions?
  11. Thanks. I tried eating a more substantial breakfast. Half cup of chicken and rice. I took my meds and so far so good. We'll see how the day goes!
  12. This is crazy. I'm feeling ok tonight. I have no clue why although I did eat a real half cup of chicken with rice. Maybe I need to eat more but then why do I feel fine when I wake up? My surgeon swears by the gummies or chewables. B12 is not absorbed in the stomach which is why you buy the sublingual type. Nature Made. It says sublingual on the bottle. 3000.
  13. Unfortunately, no. Water makes me sick to my stomach. I am drinking it anyway. I am not getting in my protein shake re diarrhea.
  14. Yes no problem. I take gummies. Multi and D3. Then B12 under the tongue. I am also bipolar so I take those meds as well but I've been fine until now.
  15. I feel fine when I wake up in the morning. It's so odd. I'm getting worried about it though.
  16. Yes! I am having the same problem! My surgery was August 1. I've lost 27 pounds but have had nausea for over a week now. I, too, am on Zofran. The thought of food is not pleasant. Help!
  17. No other symptoms. It started last week. I'm going to see a nutritionist next week and have kept in touch with my surgeon. No other symptoms. It started last week. I'm going to see a nutritionist next week and have kept in touch with my surgeon.
  18. No other symptoms and yes it started a week ago. Going to a nutritionist next week. I am miserable!
