  1. No, I'm not on any gallbladder meds and I do try to chew my food quite a bit. I also try to take breaks in between bites. Not sure what the cause is. I was wondering if it could perhaps BE my gallbladder?
  2. I'm not to bad, however at least once a day I get nauseous. I'm starting to wonder if it's a gallbladder issue?? I'm down 42 lbs in 7 weeks.
  3. My surgery was May 22, 2015
  4. Thanks...I don't feel I eat to quickly but perhaps I'm not chewing enough...
  5. I am 5 weeks post-op now and I've just started in the past 4-5 days to feel nauseated every time I drink water or eat. I haven't changed my eating habits so I'm really not sure what the cause is???
  6. I had the gastric bypass rather than the sleeve to eliminate reflux, as I have lesions on my esophagus due to reflux. As for getting enough fluids, I try to drink Water all day long, however even sipping water causes nausea. It's the strangest thing. I was fine for weeks, then suddenly nauseous all the time.
  7. Hi All, I am beginning week 5 post-op. I had my first post op visit with the surgeon last week (June 17) and I lost 33 lbs by the end of week 4. However since Thursday, 5 days ago, I've been feeling very nauseous when I eat or drink ANYTHING, including a few sips of water. I have not introduced anything new to my diet. Has anyone else experienced this?
  8. Awesome news. Very inspiring for the rest of us as it gives us hope.
  9. Awesome progress! Keep up the good work.
  10. I'm from Quebec Canada
  11. Hi Everyone, My name is Robyn from Canada and I had my Gastric Bypass surgery on May 22, 2015. I lost 11 lbs during my 2 week pre-op diet and have since lost 10 lbs post-op. I worry that I'm not getting enough Protein and Water in as I am NEVER hungry and feel full and bloated when drinking water. I see my Surgeon on June 17 for my first follow-up post surgery and will make inquiries at that time. In the meantime should anyone have any suggestions or useful tips, they'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly, Robyn
