  1. I have done everything but visit with pulmonary doctor. Scheduled for 6/3. Already saw surgeon, blood work up, upper gi, chest xray, abdominal ultrasound, ekg, psychological eval, nurtitionist, sleep study. The coordinator said then everything is submitted to insurance for review. Does anyone know how long that takes?
  2. I'm in your range. Hopefully. I only have 1 pre-op screening visit left. Then final approval and (I pray) surgery scheduled. Good luck everyone.
  3. My biggest fear as well. I'm so sorry. Hang in there.
  4. I heard Premier was the best. I will probably go with that.
  5. I started this process in February, waiting to get my initial appointment. The office kept saying they didn't receive my paperwork, etc, etc. I faxed and emailed it several times until I lost my patience. I was dismayed to discover the plethora of doctor screening visits that need to be completed, then insurance approval process before surgery date is set. I have the last of my appointments scheduled for 6/3. I don't know how long after that it will take for insurance to approve. Our insurance is awful anyhow and won't cover much, but I still need to go through the process. I wanted this done before summer began. Good luck to everyone.
