Hi Everyone ,well i am back home and feeling great !! I was banded on the 10th of March by Dr Tony K . Everything went well and I think back now how worried I was before the op and I now wonder why !! I have had my first fill by my local Dr this week he put in 4 mils and I felt the difference but am coping well .I have lost 5 kilos since the 10th. So mojo try not to worry as it will all be ok and you are in good hands.:teeth_smile: cheza.

I am flying in on the 4th from Esperance ,going to the Rod Stewart concert on the 5th ,my Mum fly's in on the 6th from Sydney and I am to be banded on the 10th at Bethesda by Tony Kierath . I thought you could have been the same day as me !! I am really starting to get the jitters and questioning myself if I am doing the right thing .:blushing: Are you staying down till the op or flying back ? Hope to hear back soon ,Cheza

Hi everyone my date is the 10th March Dr Tony Kierath at Bethesda Claremont Perth Wa .I am flying up to Perth as it is a 71/2 hour drive . Because we have our own business it is impossible for Hubby to be with me so my Mum is flying in from Sydney to be with me . I found it hard to find accommodation in Claremont but in the end I have booked a unit in Cottesloe for Mum and I. How long will I have to stay in Perth for ? I am getting nervous and feel I need to find out more so that I am fully in control .Maybe I should take a pill and get over it , hope you can all give me some advice . Thanks Cheza

what a great source of information I have found on here !! I am new and hope to be banded in March by Dr Tony Kierath in Perth . I am from Esperance so I have quite a distance 750km's to get to Perth . Does anyone know of any accommodation near Bethesda Hospital . I am nervous but after years of being large I have made my mind up to do something for myself for a change . I just wish March would hurry up . Thanks Cheza

Hi This is my first post :thumbs_up: I have seen Tony Kierath in December and discused with him about being banded in March ,but his office is closed till mid January so I will call then and hope to be done on March 10th , he is a lovely gentle Dr and I was so pleased my Dr recomended him . I am in Esperance so it is quite a trip for me to get to Perth . I have been reading here for a few weeks and thought I should make a move and say hi . Cheza :present:
