  8. 57. Just had the Sleeve done. Best decision I ever made. I had mine done at The Obesity Control Center in Tiajuana. I can't say enough good about my experience. And I did a lot of research before deciding Togo there.
  9. I just had mine done in Mexico. It was a great experience. I went to the Obesity Control Center in Tiajuana. It is a fraction of the cost in the U.S. And the surgeon is accredited by the American college of Surgeons and the American Bariactic Surgeons. He has taught at Yale and UCLA.
  10. Magnesium- works like a charm. And plenty of fluids.
  11. I slowed at only 3 weeks. Look at every bite that you are eating. Are you cooking? Or eating prepared foods? Don't give up. You will be successful. Put protein first and use those Bariactic shakes. You will make a breakthrough.
  12. 57. Just had the Sleeve done end of April. Best decision I ever made. It took me being humble enough to admit I need the help that was out there. This is the first time that I feel in total control. The best tidbit of advice I can give you is - follow your surgeons instructions for pre and post op eating to the letter. Younger people may be able to get away with a little. Not at our age. Take care. ????
