    My insurance required six months of doctor supervised weight loss visits before approval. So I did all the other stuff on my checklist during that time. By the time my six months was up we were able to submit for approval and had a date about a week later. I'm two and a half years post sleeve and down 130 pounds. Converted to a bypass ten days ago thanks to horrible reflux but it's still the best decision I ever made. It's a lot of hard work but it gave me a whole new life.
