  1. Thanks Daddyof4, it has been hard! I hate it when people ask me how I'm doing with my band, I mean it is obvious I haven't done as well as I would like. Just keeping off the weight is a great thing. I have faith I will do good these two months! !!!

  3. Thank you! I will totally will be taking your edvice, on Tuesday I will call up my Dr and start tracking my food. Sometimes I feel alone. Most people I know don't have weight issues. I have been thinking I may be too tight. I heard that may cause people to gain. What do you guess think?
  4. Need to not give up, ive had lapband for 3 years this summer. I lost some and gain some back. I have two months this summer where i can dedicate to lose some pounds and get healthy. What works for you? I hate having this tool and not take advantage of it! Please help!
