  1. I to am celebrating BMs. I am at 9 months from surgery and this bm thing has been difficult. I had diarrhea for about 6 mos, then dis covered that I was allergic tho whey and milk. Then I had to take the miralax thing cause I was constipated from iron as I was anemic. Then found the right kind of tablet and now I celebrate.
  2. Kaiser is great. Saved my son's life. Have not had bariatric experience with them though. It should be soon.
  3. Don't cheat yourself. It is your time to get well. This is worth it.
  4. Go on a protein diet and make yourself have the discipline you would have needed if you could have had the surgery.
