  3. Hello to both of you! I am just starting the journey, but I think you have done real well. Slower and steady is probably better for you anyways, right? What are your doctors saying?
  4. Just started the journey. Had my meeting with the surgeon, nutritionist and completed the psych eval today. My BMI is low (36.8), and am being treated for diabetes. My overall health is the main motivator for me, but I am hoping it will help reduce my daily migraines. So far, everything is going well for me. Will be on a supervised 4-month nutritional program before I can have surgery, as required by insurance. Here we go!
