  1. Thank you! Very helpful information. The shakes have become hard to drink for me as well as the other foods, but I'll keep trying new things to find the right fit. The idea for the chili is wonderful! I too, have found it to be one of the only foods I can eat. Some soups, not so much. The egg drop being the most tolerable. Again thank you for your input.
  2. Hi all! I'm 3 and a half months post op and down 64# my biggest problem is having no appetite for anything! All meats taste off to me and I have no cravings, no desire to eat 95% of the time. The only things I am actually wanting are sugar free popsicles and ice water. I know I have to have protein, but some days it makes me physically ill to eat anything. I am starting to notice that my body is getting weak, so I know it's damaging :-( Anyone experience these kind of things? Suggestions?
