  1. I had my surgery on 5/20 and it was really uneventful. Minimal discomfort and only some gas pain that passed. Now I am having almost constant stomach and abdominal pain. Nothing has really changed and I am still on puréed food. Has anyone else experienced this?.
  2. I am scheduled for my surgery in 2 days-I have a high BMI- 53. I won't make excuses but the two week meal replacement diet went horrible I was not able to adhere. I procrastinated quitting smoking even though I am not a heavy smoker... one or two a day plus vaping.. I'm now using 2 mg nicotine lozenges sporadically. now I'm 3 days out on a clear liquid diet which I am tolerating so far. Has anyone else gone through this...I'm very worried because I haven't done what I was supposed to but I am so ready to get this done and on with living healthier! Any thought or input would be appreciated.
