Wow. I'm headed to my 4wk post appt now. Hoping to get cleared for exercise other than walking. Weightloss is slow these past 3wks but Atlst it's happening!!!! 2lbs a week is still better than diets so I'm hopeful. Keep up Gd work & love the posting bout calories in & exercise out. Makes sense. Hang in

Wow tanks for all the comments. I'm about 3 was post-op & returned to work this Monday. My lower/larger incision causing me a lot of pain too. Ugh I'm just poppin the Tylenol all day & hoping for relief soon -

Hi. I was sleeved 4/27 as well. I returned to work Monday & am still having a lot of pain on my biggest incision by belly button. Does anyone know how long this lasts??
