I am almost 6 months post op and have not lost weight in a month. I know this is because I have slipped and made terrible choices. Am I alone? Has anyone done the same and successfully got back on track? Hw 245 Sw 218 Cw 171

Thank you everyone! I don't journal but I will start. I went to the store last night and stocked up on my protein. I was running 4 mikes a day 4 days a week but quit about 3 weeks ago. I'm determined I am going to stop hitting snooze and start getting up again! Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone!!!!!
