    Thanks everyone, I think I'm going to do the soft food phase. I'm gonna start exercising but yesterday I had to sleep all day. I was exhausted and dizzy.

    Hi everyone, my name is Nicole. I got my gastric sleeve done on April 23, 2015 in Red Deer Alberta, Canada. I live in Calgary Alberta. Thank God, my recovery was very smooth. After 4 weeks in liquids, I can finally eat solids but it's not that easy. I'm struggling with this transition. I'm diappointed that I have only lost 16 pounds. Anyway gotta hang in there
