Hope somebody out there can help me out, I'm 4 months post op (down 54lbs, yay!). Had a follow up with my surgeon last Friday and reviewed my blood work. Everything was great (cholesterol down to 164 from over 200 off my Lipitor) A1C was back to normal. The only thing she brought up was that my liver enzymes were elevated (ALT was 90, AST was 69). She said sometimes during surgery the liver gets moved around and this may be the cause. She did not seem concerned at all. The other thing is, it was my PCP that did the blood work and didn't notify me with any concerns either. Hoping there may be someone (physician?) out there who can allay any fears I have or a further explanation of why I might get these results. Thanks in advance for all your help!

Hello fellow sleevers. Been following for a while and finally got up the courage to post. My date is this Monday the 4th. Super nervous and excited at the same time. Any day of preop advice would be most welcome. Most nervous about anesthesia, being incubated (and the catheter thing). You all seem so encouraging, I'm so glad I finally got up the nerve to participate.
