  1. I had the surgery back in June 2012, and here I am 3 years, in June, later. I lost a total of 90 lbs before I began gaining the weight back. As of today Ive gained 36 of the 90 lbs. Im afraid. I don't want to go back so Im struggling to at least get back to the 90 lb mark. In the meantime, I have not had a hunger pain since the surgery. My stomach no longer growls. So I eat mostly out of habit now. I honestly cant tell when Im physically hungry. I find myself eating out of boredom or habit. What should I do? How do I handle this?
