  1. SW 265 CW 233.8 When I say the scales haven't budged, I mean I've literally been 233.8 for over a week now. I have only had nausea/dry heaving the first few days post-op. One day, I did drink some Water too quickly and felt a little nauseous, but that's it. I struggle to get Protein & water goals. Idk if I've even come close to meeting them to date. I struggle more with the exhaustion than anything! I really hope to have more energy soon!
  2. I was sleeved the same day (5/11) & I'm currently stalled too! My scales haven't moved in over a week! It's so defeating. Hopefully, when the stall ends the weight will fall off fast!
  3. I was sleeved on 5/11. I'm just shy of 4 weeks post-op. I am down 28lbs. I was getting really down because the scale hasn't moved in a week. I am following all the "rules" and trying hard to reach water & protein goals. I too am extremely exhausted. I have to take naps daily. So glad to know these are common issues. I was starting to get discouraged and was curious if something else was going on!
  4. My only advice is be prepared to be exhausted for the first few weeks. I am currently not working so I am able to take a nap daily. Thank Goodness! Eventhough, you aren't hungry...your body thinks it's starving. My doctor said that once I can get my caloric intake up to 1000/day I will begin to have more energy...looking forward to advancing my diet next week and adding more protein. Good Luck!
  5. I had my sleeve done on the 11th. I too had severe nausea and was dry heaving in the hospital. The gave me extra nausea and pain meds and held me a few extra hours. I was able to leave on the first day post-op in the evening. I struggled with the nausea until the next day. By this time, I felt like the liquid Lortab might have been the culprit. So, I quit taking it on day 3 (I actually vomited it). I wasn't having severe pain at this point. I starting turning the corner about day 5. I am currently on day 8 post-op and feel pretty good. I walked about a mile and a half today and tired a little easier than I would like. I am thinking because my protein and water intake aren't up to the goal yet. I have also been stuck on the same weight for 2 days. I know I shouldn't be weighing daily, but I am! Has anyone else had a weight loss stall?
