I know what you mean. Some days or even times during a day I can eat other times food gets stuck. If you are experiencing reflux it could be that you have too much restriction. Eating in front of the TV or computer is a big no-no -- eat mindfully and know exactly what and how much is going in! -

I too find it hard to take compliments that are coming my way with a lot more frequency since my surgery. I don't have any advice to make it any easier but would entertain any ideas that come my way.
