    Thanks! you're right, I totally agree with the decision being the hardest part. When I told my mom, she bit my head off and put me down for not being able to to do it on my own, that really hurt and embarrassed me, so being able to come here means a lot to me.     Hi, I'm brand new to this site, and wish you all the best luck!! I'm just beginning my journey, going to my first seminar January 2, so I know how brave you are, and how much courage this took - I like steak chips and salad too, but my biggest weakness has always been pasta and bread. I hope I'm going to prefer normal clothes as an incentive!! :scared: Lynne

    congratulations!!! i hope to soon be taking these steps myself! since my weight has always been a problem, how does the psych exam deal with the issue of "eating disorders"? are we considered eating disorder patients because of the yo-yo dieting? i'm really happy for you, Lynnemarie :scared:
