  1. Pretty sure the brocolli and cauliflower is trying to kill me.... I had a small veggie platter, with raw veggies.... now it feels like i am dying... like little knives are stabbing me .... I guess lesson learned, no more raw veggies for me... I am 7 months post op
  2. Uggh that scale is my nemisis! I loathe that thing. It's hard to see weight loss on my own person so I jump on that scale and get disappointed! I am two weeks post op and just expected that I would be down more than ten lbs!
  3. My best friend is a pharmacist and told me about beneprotein. It's a little package of unflavoured protein already measured out. I add it to my Greek yogurt in the morning and sometimes to sugar free pudding. I got very sick during my pre-op phase and was only on protein shakes, now I can't stomach any of the protein shakes but this powder is at least tolerable. I find it very difficult to get in my quota of protein too but have been mixing cottage cheese on my soups etc.. Doing the best I can looking forward to seeing some ideas too!
