    I have been having similar worries... I had my sleeve done on 3/18/15 and lost 20lbs in 1st two wwwks and then only 1lb each week afterward. I had read that others had lost like 40 pounds their first month or two. On the positive side I have never been able to lose 23 pounds in a month and that's 23 pounds I don't have anymore !!!
