  1. Hi , I had to start a new job and week and half after my sleeve and I also travelled from the UK to Prague for my op , I was worried that I would not feel ready but I was fine , I stuck to the diet plan for the first 4 weeks so rigidly and then went down with a chest infection for almost two weeks ! But now with multi vitamins and protein shakes I'm feeling really good , lost two stone in 4 weeks but then hit a plateau for 2 weeks and was worried have started swimming which should help but I know I'm not drinking enough water and must improve that , are you sure you are getting enough protein also ? Good luck it will be worth it !
