  3. That's true I can't eat the same every day
  4. I'm six months out...i can eat an entire McDonald's cheeseburger in 15 minutes... can you? I know it's not the right thing to eat but dang it one bite turned into another and then it was gone. My girlfriend had the surgery six years ago and can't eat one that quick.

  6. I just bought the new fit bit charge he and I feel like a freak I only ate 1200 calories yesterday and I gained .3 pounds grrr
  7. Cj I totally hear you my mom said to be the other nite as I was eating a tortilla chip (perfect timing) I'm scared you are going to gain weight again. I'm like well dam woman now I am too! Why did you have to say that to me!

  9. I'm six months out and I have zero complications. I can eat anything and I can eat a lot... So it's like a double edged sword you want to recover and feel great but dang if I had some issues I might be losing more.

  11. I don't really have a nut or time to see a nut I'm working or taking care of a baby. I'm getting enough protein but I do still eat carbs and I need to stop. Something I've been saying all my life!
