  1. during this stage i was told i could drink 100% juice by my nutritionist with half water and bananas pretty much mush in ya mouth so i wouldn't know why it would b a problem it goes down fine and it fills me up and i only take 2 bites
  2. Sleeved 3.23.15 pulp free orange juice and Welch's 100 % grape juice goes down amazingly and bananas add water to the grape juice tho its pretty thick
  3. ok so im coming up on 4 weeks sleeved 3.23.15 im reading everyone stories and watching youtube videos and im STILL only able to get 2 teaspoons in a meal! it stills gets stuck an i have to shake myself cazy to burb how long does the gas last? its not as bad as week 1 or 2 but its still there... am i being to cautious by not trying to geet enough food in?

  5. Have any early sleevers tried lettuce yet? Need to crunch on something sleeved 3.23.15 a little over 3 weeks

  8. yea ive read about that i snuck a sip of non carbonated Moscato and felt spaced out instantly lol dearly noted my friend i think ill stay away from hard liquor and shots unfortunately ????

  10. Sleeved 3.23 is it to soon? blindly planned this trip back in January! may 30th is take off is it to soon? Afraid i wont be able to enjoy the Miami life , will i be able to eat without pain yet?
  11. yes i see how easy it has been for other sleevers and i envy them im just ready to be normal again im so tired of the gas the soreness the sips , crazy how we take things for granted what i wouldn't give to just down a bottle of water but i does get a lil easier as each week approaches but theres gotta be a pot of gold at the end of the tunnel
  12. yes i agree no matter how research or information uve been giving NOTHING has prepared for this very moment this journey has been CRAZY ive asked my self a million times why did i voluntarily do this to myself i felt like i took my rights away i was and still am bitter about the choice i made and sorry to say i dont wanna heal to see results i wanna heal so i can EAT!! Not to mention im going to miami may 30th ???? idk how this is gonna play out well see tho any i was sleeved 3.23 so im still new to this to im here if u ever need to talk because i could use a friendly ear as well
  13. Are we supposed to ex spicy foods out im a huge spicy food lover , hot wings ,hot sauce , hot tamales hot peppers im in no rush to find out because I was recently sleeved 3-23-15 but wanted to know if guys have had any pros and cons

I honestly felt like I wasn't as educated on the whole procedure before and after surgery I'm pretty okay with the pain now because I've gotten past that stage but mentally I'm not prepared I'm still in the depression stage I'm still mourning the loss of being able to eat what I want when I want are you guys having the same issues as I? I feel like the surgeon was more happy that he was getting paid to do the work vs. me being mentally prepared

  17. Same day as me and yes I cry like a baby sometimes too but I have a chronic back pain and I'm hoping this helps to relieve the pain once I lose the weight!! Thanks for the words anytime darling happy healing to u!
  18. thats scary i ve recently felt like i automatically stop losing weight its weird when i was losing weight i could feel a tell i was without weighing myself but now i feel normal or like i maybe gaining a lil back
  19. Day of surgery 267lbs 3-23-15 weighed in on 1st doctors appointment 4-1-15 243lbs i don't wanna weight myself until i see my surgeon 4-22-15 its a little more exciting that way!
  20. i was debating on continuing reading your response 23 weeks out im so jealous! i envy u and im sorry to hear u went through a rough patch its funny how you said starvation mode because i feel like this is what im going through now im regretting the surgery because i feel like thats how the weight is coming off and its not a healthy way im 3weeks out so maybe a little depression is normal i've so far lost 23 pounds in a week! (Right After surgery) i had a lil rough patch as well i had to stay in the hospital 4days after surgery because i had extreme nausea sorry for writing so much but now i just want to get pass the early stages so i can EAT not so i can see my results which is weird but as of now im so over this
  21. NOPE i dont really like my surgeon hes really brief he dont let me get a word in his response to evething i say is "oo u ok" and leaves the room
