  1. Hi I'm new here. I had the lap band March 18. I'm 3 week post op. My journey has been a difficult one. I feel nauseous alot sometimes with gas pain. Eating makes me feel better but at some point during the day I get that feeling. I take gas x I know it helps but not well enough. I'm just tired of feeling sick at least half the day. On a brighter note when I do feel good, I feel real good just a little weak. My doctor put me on solids last Wed. It's hard determining what to eat at times. Sometimes I get so hungry just because I don't know what to eat that won't send me to that uneasy place. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
