  1. I'm 2 weeks and had the same feeling the first few days after leaving the hospital. It goes away and you will be able to slowly drink liquids. Just follow your surgeons plan and you will get though it. I still have days I feel full and my new tummy hurts. It feels better each day and I have lost 16lbs.
  2. Yes, I did over do it trying to clean out the pantry. I felt good and I think I'm paying for it.
  3. Hi everyone, I am 2 weeks out from surgery and was doing okay until last night. I woke up with horrible reflux and filling full. I am nauseous and can't drink much or eat( puréed). Anyone have the same issues? My surgeon called in an anti nausea med.
  4. Hello, I am 7 days post op and found this forum. My journey has taken a year from meeting the insurance requirements to the final pre approval. The surgery was on April 2, 2015. I have had a lot of nausea and pain. My doctor started me on puréed foods but it does not agree with me so I called the nurse and she had me go back to straight liquid. I feel a little better, not so nauseous. I am taking a blood thinner for 8 days so I am giving myself shots. Everything is overwhelming now but I hope it gets better.
