    I heard back from the doctor today and I get banded on December 20! Anybody else too? I am excited and nervous- I start my pre-op diet tomorrow. I'm going out with my boyfriend for dinner tonight

    I've taken all my tests, and I've been approved for the surgery, but the doctor hasn't gotten back to us for setting the date. I am really determined to change my life and not just expect the band to do it for me. I've even got myself a gym membership Anyhow, thanks for the advice.
