Hi, I had lost 99 pound since March 23.

keep going to your goal!. i went this monday with the nutr im 32 lbs out since I started this process. im having trouble with turkey. but everything else is ok

well yesterday i take a frape after that. feel better when i drink water. i think the crushed ice make somedifference.

well today i went to the movies what i get was a chai frappe,my stomach work really good with the ice.

thank you im not a fan of popcorn it was just more like tast something salt... i not too insane like trying to eat them. Specially today was a really hard day.. usually Im out from home at 7 am and come back at 9pm. all my meals were out of home usually salty or spicy. Thats why i feel that i need something salty obviously how you said my fear was the popcorn hull. I think i will wait I can my doctor and he told me that i can try some vegs. thank you trevorsmom i like more to get support like youre last post.

i think some answers were ok and another a kind of aggresive. it was just a question every doctor have different diets and every one of us are different. The many that i spend is not the problem of any one here. you just can tell me i think thats not ok because it will give you some pain and thats it. i was only 4 days on liquids.

Im not trying to eat a whole bucket i.just sayin 2 or 3 post i need to get something different than sweet.
