  2. I saw a pysch. Had to get blood taken twice, once in the beginning of the process and about a week before I had the actual procedure. Talked to a nutritionist. Had a 2 day liquid pre-op diet. And had to get a form filled about my medical history from my primary doc. I had mine done at St. Lukes/ Roosevelt here in NY.
