  5. Does anyone use this app to track food intake? I'm trying to figure out what % of our diet is made up of Protein, carbs and fat. Any wisdom would be appreciated! Terry
  6. I just got an activity tracking band. This can connect to an app called My Fitness Pal, which can be adapted to fit any diet goals. Is there a diet, maybe by %s that will work for a veteran type gastric bypass. I've always tried to get 80 grams of Protein in but have never seen any guidelines that include carbs, calories and or Fiber etc. I've attached an example from My Fitness Pal. Can anyone advise? Thanks, Terry food Diary MyFitnessPal.com.html
