  2. I am currently 415 pounds 27 years old and a mother of 2 beautiful kids. I have finally made a choice to lose weight. I have tried everything in the book from weight watchers to b12 shots and calorie counting...but i am at the point where i cant stick with my diet and i cheat on my diet alot of times. i made an appt with Dr. Lidor at John Hopkins University for 4/27. Anyone already go through surgery? All these videos on youtube are freaking me out!! Someone HELP!!!!!
