  1. I am healing from an ulcer as well. Same symptoms as you .... I take protonix 3x a day and carafate. I was given Zofram for the nausea but it wasnt worth it as it caused horrible headaches. It takes weeks to feel SIGNIFICANTLY better, but days to feel better. Good luck and I hope you feel better!
  2. I am not quite sure I've experienced the thinning yet, but I do feel like I am having a lot of breakage. I try to eat LOTS of Protein a day, I take my Vitamins + Biotin. Anyone else experienced this?

  4. I am looking for a good app to track my Water, Protein, exercise etc. I would like it to be more specific to WLS. I tried fitday, but it makes my brain nervous because it tells you how many calories you can have for the day, well we all know we aren't eating anywhere near that amount :-) I am concerned about my protein intake though. Thank you!
