  1. Hey all! My date is May 22nd!
  2. I wouldn't mind taking the time, however I don't have any family in my area and they want to be here for me before the summer is out. I don't think I can do this alone.
  3. Hey y'all! Have anybody submitted a pre determination form to bypass the 3 to 6 months Nutrition visits to the insurance company? If so please explain the process. Thanks!
  4. Wow! I'll go crazy if I wait that long! Let me pray on this transition to allow me to have patience and wait my turn!
  5. Oh ok..... I've talked to my insurance company and they said it wouldn't be a problem getting approved due to my BMI but the 6 months is crazy! I want to get started and see this baby fat I had since birth go away! And be able to shop in normal places and when I window shop I want to say that would look good on me!
  6. Wow I have UHC and I have to wait 6 months... I'm depressed now!
  7. Can you be my support buddy? If so can you please inbox your number. I would love to have communication with someone in the same boat.
  8. What insurance company if you don't mind me asking? And I'm glad you didn't give up!
  9.    cruzin2beskinny reacted to a post in a topic: Anxiously waiting
  10. Oh ok... I'm praying for a miracle! I'm ready for a change and the time and days are going by slowly! Good luck on your journey!
  11. Question? Does your 6 month wait period start once the paperwork is sent to the insurance company (meaning PSY testing) or when the first Initial visit?
  12. Question? When does the Dr. Submit your claim to the insurance to start the 6 month waiting period? After all your test is complete? Or on your first visit? My Bmi is over 40 so I shouldn't need another co mobility but I think they are sending one just in case.
  13. Im currently going thru the process of doing my pre-op testing and I hate that once its completed I have to wait 6 months per my insurance. I'm so ready for a change and now I'm feeling depressed! Especially if i don't know if they are going to approve or not. Any advice?
