  2. Hi Mila! I had my surgery 3 weeks ago today. It has been a rough road, but I am getting better. I have a scrambled egg in the morning with 6gr of Protein. Then I have a 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (about 12 gr of protein), and I mix it with 1/2 scoop of strawberry Protein powder (another 10 gr of protein). It tastes really good! For lunch I have some sort of meat (tuna, chicken, etc.) and I have another 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. I mix it with salt & lemon juice to make it savory & it is nice with the meat. The same for dinner. Not very exciting, I know, but it helps get the protein in. For Snacks I make sugar-free pudding with fat-free milk (maybe a problem for you with the lactose intolerance), and I add a scoop of unflavored protein powder so that each 1/2 cup serving of pudding is 9gr of protein.
