  1. Ok so u can drink from a straw n like 3 weeks
  2. My doctor told me I can't drink with a straw because it brings to much air in your body
  3. When r u able to drink instead of taking sips from a sippy cup

  5. When you guys drink fluids do u get the hiccups, every time I take a sip I get the hiccups, then it starts to hurt my stomach because I have hiccups so much

  8. After surgery how many weeks did u all have to wait to exercise /go to the gym
  9. Some ppl loose between 50-100lbs in the first 3 months if everything is done right
  10. Ok how did u tolerate the protein shake i don't start mines until tomorrow have u had a bm
  11. My hardest part is getting 64 oz of liquids a day down, it's like I can only drink 1 cup a day and I don't start my protein until the 5th day which is sunday

Hi everyone I am new to this I just had the gastric bypass rny March 17, 2015 I stay in Indianapolis, and so far I am doing good, I am up walking and eating out my 1 ounce containers, just a little sore but not alot, my question is am I moving to fast I am walking around my neighbor hood, and i am eating canned tuna, applesauce, yogurt, drinking my fluids 1 % strawberry milk, drinking chicken broth and eating string cheese, also I suck on popsicle in between and eat jello
