I purchased premier Protein powder.. I loved premier ready made so I assumed the powder would of been great as well... I'm ordering the nectar vanilla bean & Cookies n cream but it's going to take a few days to get to me. I have a big 3lb jug n I wanted to see if using it for smoothies would be better.

Can someone please tell me how to make a protein smoothie? The shakes I purchased are horrible.
