  1. Thank you, I am relieved this is normal. Plus it is very overwhelming to have a list of foods that you are supposed to eat when you are always so full. Trust me, i enjoy not feeling hungry. It's amazing to drive past McDonald's and NOT want french fries. No regrets!!
  2. Hello, I am 6 weeks out and have lost 52 pounds (that includes weightloss from preoperative diet too). My problem is after eating 3 or 4 bites of protein, I have an overwhelming feeling of fullness. I can't even attempt to eat the vegetables as I'm supposed to. My protein level was 13 and should be at least 17. I drink 2 protein shakes a day 30gm each. Not sure what else to do.
